We get every order ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse, delivery normally takes a further 4 to 6 business days, so you can expect your parcel roughly 5 to 8 business days after placing your order.

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. Email support@morganweston.com as quickly as you can and we will take care of it. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still use our returns process.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items need to be unworn, unwashed and returned in the original packaging with every tag still attached.

Yes. Email us at support@morganweston.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead, and we will guide you through the exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

After your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
